Mary J. Blige stopped mid-song at her My Life, My Story residency in Las Vegas on Wednesday to go after someone in the crowd who started booing.
From the stage at Dolby Live at Park MGM, she told the heckler they didn’t have to come, and said she hoped someone would see them and politely remove them. Then she asked what they’d spent their money for, calling them an idiot.
“I’m sorry. Sometimes I have to go in because that’s where I’m from,” she added.
