Per ABC News<\/em>, a Tennessee judge issued the order Wednesday. It came after serious allegations were made against Seaver.<\/p>\n She\u2019s Alive is the company overseeing Parton\u2019s business empire after her death. The company accused Seaver of carrying out what it called \u201can obscene, deliberate and escalating campaign of threats.\u201d<\/p>\n Seaver announced Parton\u2019s death on Aug. 25. Per PEOPLE<\/em>, he was later accused of trying to extort his late aunt\u2019s estate and making violent, \u201cchilling\u201d threats. Court filings claim some of the alleged threats referenced his military background. The situation also reportedly led several employees to resign. Seaver was fired as Parton\u2019s head of security earlier this month. He has denied threatening anyone. He also claims many of the comments described as threats were taken out of context during conversations with Parton\u2019s longtime manager, Danny Nozell.<\/p>\n According to ABC News<\/em>, the judge found there was enough concern to issue the temporary order.<\/p>\n The judge said the alleged conduct showed a \u201cpresent and continuing disruption and threat\u201d to She\u2019s Alive.<\/p>\n The order places several restrictions on Seaver and his security company.<\/p>\n They must stay at least 1,000 feet away from people or businesses that have, or may have, a business relationship with She\u2019s Alive.<\/p>\n A hearing is scheduled for Oct. 7.<\/p>\n The court filing includes several serious accusations against Seaver.<\/p>\n She\u2019s Alive claims he threatened attorneys, employees and business partners connected to Parton\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n Seaver allegedly warned that he could \u201cdestroy the entire brand\u201d unless he was paid.<\/p>\n The filing also claims he told a member of Parton\u2019s legal team, \u201cI\u2019m not an entertainment person. I\u2019m a killer.\u201d<\/p>\n Seaver has strongly denied making threats.<\/p>\n He told ABC News that the \u201ckiller\u201d comment was taken out of context. He said it came from a longtime joke involving his aunt.<\/p>\n \u201cDolly called me her killer. It was a joke we used around her camp,\u201d Seaver said.<\/p>\n He said Parton also had another nickname for him.<\/p>\n \u201cI was her \u2018baby boy ninja\u2019 and Danny Nozell took that text out of context to somehow imagine that I was threatening him,\u201d Seaver said. \u201cHe\u2019s always called me The Killer.\u201d<\/p>\n Seaver said he never threatened anyone.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve never threatened anyone,\u201d he said. \u201cThey are my friends and my brothers and colleagues.\u201d<\/p>\n Danny Nozell was Parton\u2019s longtime manager and now oversees She\u2019s Alive. He declined to comment to ABC News.<\/p>\n The dispute comes shortly after Seaver lost his job as Parton\u2019s head of security.<\/p>\n Seaver said he was fired last week.<\/p>\n He claims his company had previously reached an agreement to continue providing security services for the estate.<\/p>\n \u201cI was fired,\u201d Seaver told ABC News.<\/p>\n He said the estate had negotiated with him and his company for continued security services.<\/p>\n \u201cA week later they fired me for these contrived \u2018threats,\u2019\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Seaver is more than a former employee.
